You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid period.
Once a subscription fee is paid, it is non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access to premium features, we generally do not offer refunds or credits for subscription fees. This includes partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or unused time.
As a digital service provider, the concept of exchanges is not applicable to our subscriptions.
All subscription plans for Coinelic are digital services and are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
In the unfortunate event of a major service failure or a significant billing error on our part, we may consider providing a refund. These cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation.
As our product is a digital service, return shipping is not applicable.
In the exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
